Self-Paced Tutorials are independent online
tutorials or self-paced lessons that can be taken at a time that fits
the students' needs. Lessons are presented using easy-to-follow online
interactions and are limited to a maximum time for convenience.

Virtual (Live) Classes offer online activities allowing all previously registered students to participate in a coinciding conference call. Instructors and students interact as the instructor shares web sites, facilitates online chats, offers whiteboard presentations, submits online questions to the students for their participation, and shares applications for all students to view.
Instructors also schedule live sessions with predetermined start and end times to review prerequisites, review question and answers, review new products, or as a follow-up to compliment specific self-paced tutorials.

Agency Administrators have the ability to monitor their agents progress, scores, add additional users, and run reports if desired. Click here if you wish to participate in the one time registration and setup as an Agency Administrator. After confirmation and setup, the Agency Administrator need only access the Administrator Logon area.
